We engage Indigenous Australians in all areas of the business through employee, subcontract and supply relationships.

Our team goes above and beyond when working in remote communities to build relationships and networks with local service providers and community members ensuring contracts are completed smoothly without impacting on the local community, their traditions and culture.

Part of the community

SH Build has donated materials to assist with training programs, has provided support through sponsorships and donations, and has donated staff to assist in setting up for funerals, community celebrations and festivals.

SH Build's Indigenous workforce consistently exceeds 40% and we endeavour to continue to exceed this in years to come. We have established lasting relationships with Employment and Training organisations to assist with engagement and retention and look forward to building on these partnerships.
