The Gunbalanya Trade Training Centre project commenced on the 20 May 2013. The scope of works included construction of 3 bay portal frames masonary blockwork shed with open covered bay, ablution block, classroom, VOQ, driveway and carparks, concrete pathways and fencing.
The client wanted to achieve a quality project, within tight timeframes, to budget with strong local development objectives. SH Build delivered on all achievements.

SH Build completed work within tight timeframes of 24 weeks ahead of schedule to meet The Department of Education's opening deadline.
All works were completed to the highest quality standards exceeding the customers expectations.
SH Build engaged 4 indigenous Employees on this contract, 6 apprentices including 1 indigenous apprentice, 3 companies from within the local community as well as 11 major subcontractors and 14 major supplies from within the Northern Territory.
