About the project

Following the devastating Cyclone Lam SH Build was awarded the contract for cyclone cleanup works to Ramingining School. With 20 workers hitting the ground within 48 hours of contract award including carpenters, plumbers, labourers, electricians, asbestos removalists and tree loppers SH Build cemented their reputation as a reliable, hardworking contractor of choice.

"SH Build has always maintained the timing on projects, a recent example the Cyclone Lam recovery works, we asked SH Build to mobilise to a remote location with very little understanding of the project requirement, they did this immediately. We estimated that two months would be required to complete the phase one works, SH Build completed all works within 6 weeks. SHBC were in no small part responsible for the project’s success." - Project Director, DoI.
