The NT Government assets are critical for urban and remote areas for the running of schools, health clinics and offices to provide essential and non-essential services. Over the years SH Build has been contracted to undertake upgrades, extensions and new infrastructure works.

Our team have completed works to health clinics, police stations, schools, family and offices in over 30 communities. We tender for all NT Government contracts and provide competitive and quality bids that include information on our past performance, local development, timeliness, capacity and management systems.

We are also specialise in disaster recovery for cyclones and flood works and have completed projects of this nature in Ramingining and Nauiyu Communities.

We understand that for our private clients, the construction, upgrades or extension to their commercial premises is important to their operations. These premises are generally still operational during construction and we work with our clients to ensure minimal impact during the construction process ensuring our workers and their workers safety.

We work closely with our clients to provide a seem-less and consistent service and by supporting them with education on best practice, as well as communicating every step of the way, to ensure the right decisions are made for their project.
