A general outline of the works to be carried out under the Contract comprises of:

• Concept design, construction documentation and town planning approvals for the provision of 3 x 2 and 4 x 1 Bedroom Duplex units;
• Building Permits;
• Construction of 3 x 2 Bedroom and 4 x 1 Bedroom Duplex units;
• Connection of services; and
• Occupancy Permits. 

The site of the works is lots 3461, 3462 and 3463 Cyprus St, Katherine East.
