A general outline of the work to be carried out under the Contract comprises:

Office upgrades to Tenancies 4, 5 & 6 including:

Tenancies 4 & 5

- Construction of new secure reception/waiting area

- Construction of new conference room

- Replacement of existing floor coverings

- Internal repaint

- Associated electrical works including new distribution board

- Associated mechanical works.

Tenancy 6

- Replacement of existing floor coverings

- Internal repaint

- Associated electrical works including replacement of 1 x distribution board including energy meters and upgrades to 1 x existing distribution board.

The site of the works is Tenancies 4, 5 & 6, 19 Westal Street Nhulunbuy.
