About the Role & Key Responsibilities
- Aptitude in use of hand tools and power tools
- Ability to follow instructions and take direction
- Strong desire to learn and develop skills in carpentry
- Ability to work effectively as a part of a team, and maintain a positive and enthusiastic approach under times of pressure
- Punctuality and Reliability
- Willingness and ability to complete Certificate II & III, Carpentry or equivalent
- Willingness and ability to work in compliance with applicable Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality legislation/regulations.
- Some on-the-job experience with the construction industry
