- Current machinery and plant operating licenses
- Extensive experience in machinery and plant operations
- MC Drivers’ Licence
- Ability to follow instructions and take direction
- Well developed ability to interact with clients in a positive, courteous and respectful manner
- Ability to work effectively as a part of a team, and maintain a positive and enthusiastic approach under times of pressure
