Project Overview
This project involved the construction of a new community facility designed to provide functional, culturally inclusive and welcoming spaces for the local community. The development included two community buildings connected by covered verandas, two accommodation buildings, landscaped outdoor areas, wet and dry play equipment, cultural meeting spaces including a dance circle and fire pit/yarning circle, an outdoor kitchen area, garden shed, driveway and car parking facilities. Works also included underground service investigations using GPR surveying and the reinstatement of adjacent areas, delivering a complete and thoughtfully designed community precinct.
