With over 20 years industry experience and extensive Remote experience, Scott Hammet has situated himself in a competitive, challenging market and has proved time and time again he is an industry leader. Scott has an outstanding eye for detail, knowledge of what is achievable onsite and unmatched quality standards and is constantly exceeding his customers expectations.

Bec Hammet - General Manager

General Manager Bec Hammet

With backgrounds in Marketing and Administration, and qualifications in Project Management and Safety, Bec brings to the team over 20 years experience. She was the 2020 NT Telstra Women in Business recipient and donates countless hours to committees and community organisations. She is a strong leader that provides unwavering support to clients and staff. Attention to detail is her thing along with an unparalleled work ethic making Bec a force to be reckoned with.

Ben Thompson - Operations Manager/Estimator

Operations Manager/Estimator Ben Thompson

Ben has been on the SH Build team for over 10 years and is an integral part of the big operation that SH Build is today. From small town beginnings, Ben quickly worked his way up the ladder due to his knowledge of everything construction. Ben is a qualified Project Manager with unfaultering organisational, safety and quality standards, that is dedicated to supporting and motivating workers onsite. He is an absolute legend and asset to the SH Build team.

Jasmine Smith - Office Manager

Jasmine is a strong leader that loves to be kept busy and excels under pressure. With a background in Construction Administration, including onsite administration, Jazzy knows building. She has qualifications in Contracts Administration, Bookkeeping, Accounting and IT but her strengths lie in Project Administration and Human Resources. Jasmine is committed, hardworking and client focused, and is key to SH Builds success.

Raylene Eveleigh - Finance/Accounts Manager

Raylene has bought to the team strong Accounting skills, with over 20 years experience in small and medium sized business environments. Raylene has worked across a range of industries including construction and tourism. She is passionate about everything finance, has a systematic approach to all financial functions and is a respected and valued member of the SH Build Team.

Annie Zahnow - Reception & Finance Administrator

Reception & Finance Administrator Annie Zahnow

Annie has been with SH Build for 5 years and is the friendly, fun and hardworking voice on the other side of the phone. She undertakes her role as receptionist and finance administration like a boss, providing onsite staff with the link to the office by supporting them in everything finance and administration. She is passionate, hardworking and reliable and quite simply makes everyone's day brighter.

Nathan Brewster - Gove Regional Supervisor

Gove Regional Supervisor Nathan Brewster

Nathan, the newest kid on the block to our Gove Operations, has brought to the team strong leadership and organisational skills. He is a qualified Builder with years of experience under his tool belt, and is all about teamwork, quality and professionalism. Nathan's knowledge of the building game is unparallel. His quick thinking, troubleshooting, and exemplary Project Management skills makes him the man for the job!

Luke Munster - Logistics Coordinator

Logistics Coordinator Luke Munster

Luke is a logistics extraordinaire. He has been given the difficult job of managing SH Builds Logistics requirements on a day to day basis and has excelled at the task. With a background as a Crane Operator, Rigger, Fitter and Turner, Boilermaker, Plant Operator and Truck Driver, Luke is highly experienced in all aspects of construction and has a skill set suited to a variety of trades. Luke continues to go above and beyond ensuring the timely delivery of all materials and supplies to site and is an integral part of SH Builds operations.

Sam Ziegler - Project and Maintenance Manager - Gove Region

Project and Maintenance Manager - Gove Region Sam Ziegler

Sam started out as our Gove Administrator and has recently stepped into the Project and Maintenance Manager role in the Gove Region. Sam is organised and focused on meeting and exceeding project requirements. She has an exceptional relationship with clients and subcontractors and is well respected by all SH Build Team members, keeping them on track to meet quality specifications and timeframes.
