With almost 20 years industry experience coupled with 10 years NT Remote experience, Scott Hammet has situated himself in a competitive, challenging market and has proved time and time again he is an industry leader. Scott has an outstanding eye for detail, knowledge of what is achievable onsite and unmatched quality standards and is constantly exceeding his customers expectations.
With backgrounds in Marketing and Administration and qualifications in Project Management and Safety, Bec brings to the team over 20 years experience. She is a strong leader that provides unwavering support to customers, clients and staff. Attention to detail is her thing along with an unparalleled work ethic making Bec a force to be reckoned with.
From small town beginnings Ben has quickly worked his way up the SH Build ladder to Operations Manager due to his extensive knowledge of the industry and exceptional eye for detail. Ben is a qualified Project Manager with unfaultering organisational, safety and quality standards, that is dedicated to supporting and motivating onsite workers. He is an absolute asset to the SH Build team.
Jasmine is a strong leader that excels under pressure and is always up for a challenge. Her background is in Construction Administration and she has qualifications in Bookkeeping, Accounting and IT but her strengths lie in Project Administration Management. Jasmine is committed, hardworking and client focused and has become an integral member of the SH Build Team.
Raylene comes from a strong Bookkeeping and Accounting background and brings to the team over 20 years experience in small and medium sized business environments. Raylene has managed the financial functions for a range of industries including construction and tourism and has extensive knowledge of varying administration and financial processes. She is passionate about finance and has a systematic approach to all Financial Operations.
Annie is an integral part of the SH Build team in her role as accounts administrator and receptionist. She provides onsite staff with the link to the office by supporting them in everything finance and administration. Annie has been with the SH Build team for over 4 years and is passionate, hardworking and reliable. She is the friendly voice on the other end of the phone that makes everyone’s day brighter.
Sara is passionate about everything to do with compliance systems including Safety, Environmental and Quality. She is currently studying Cert IV in Work Health and Safety and has worked for multiple organisations in a Safety Administration role. Sara has a strong work ethic and eye for detail when it comes to compliance and has become a dedicated member of the SH Build team.
Brendon is the youngest Supervisor in the SH Build Management team and brings a refreshing outlook to all onsite activities. Brendon has both carpentry and civil qualifications and is committed to training and mentoring local Indigenous workers. His skills are second to none and has extensive experience in both commercial and residential construction areas across a wide variety of construction projects. Brendon was WA’s Apprentice of the Year in 2015.
Darren is SH Builds newest supervisor and has quickly become a valuable part of the team. With over 25 years’ experience in the building and construction industry Darren has acquired a range of skills and has worked on both large and small scale projects. Darren thrives on creating and maintaining order and structure and is meticulous when it comes to paperwork.
