Yirrkala Store – Upgrade Works

Replace roof, replace internal lighting in supermarket area, kitchen and servery, upgrade drainage in kitchen and install new grease trap. Tiling in the kitchen. Install automatic roller door, new automatic shop door. Remove external windows and infill with new cyclonic wall framing. Repaint external blockwork walls (excluding walls with murals). All external steelwork to be painted and new infill panels painted. Internal bathroom painting including partitions and ceilings. Replace existing chain mesh fencing. Replace the entire front fencing to the takeaway area.
