Rosebery Preschool Extension
About the project
Construction of Preschool Extension to Rosebery Primary School. Works comprised of structural elements including blockwork, steel fabrication and installation and iron roofing. Other trade works included mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and carpentry works. Fitout works included rendering, painting, vinyl flooring, tiling, joinery and carpentry.
Our Solution
The client wanted to achieve a high quality project within tight timeframes and an accelerated program schedule. Works were undertaken to the highest quality and safety standards while local development and employment were a focal point with an even stronger focus in engaging Indigenous Employees. SH Build delivered on all achievements.
SH Build delivered a high quality facility with the outstanding finishes while undertaking works to the highest safety standards within AS4801 guidelines.
SH Build’s focus on local and Indigenous Engagement was outstanding with a total of 3 Indigenous Apprentices, 12 Apprentices across the board, a total of 13 Indigenous workers, as well as 2 Indigenous Subcontractors engaged on the contract.
